MFS Supply Canada is your affordable source for property management products like lockboxes, appliances and cabinets. We pride ourselves on delivering the best customer service to every individual. If you have general questions about shipping and returns, here are a few FAQs to help.

(Q) When will my order ship? 
(A) Orders submitted by 2:00 pm ET, Monday-Friday, will be shipped that same day. All orders taken after 3:00 pm ET will be shipped on the next business day.

(Q) How long will it take for me to receive my order? 
(A) Delivery should be within 1 day to Ontario and 2-3 days to other provinces.

(Q) How much are shipping costs?
(A) $10-$35 depending on destination. Free shipping on orders $600 and up.

(Q) Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
For pickups at our Toronto Warehouse you may pick up between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Thursday and on Fridays, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm EST. 

Please allow 1 hour between placing your order and picking it up.

(Q) I have forgotten the code. How do I reset/open the lockbox?

(A) Our lockboxes are very secure and cannot not be reset/opened without correct combination. Please contact a locksmith and/or place an order for a brand new one here.

If the lockbox is attached to the door handle, use bolt cutters to cut through the shackle. If you need to access the contents, use a power tool to saw through the metal - be sure to wear face protection.

(Q) What is your return policy?
(A) Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase; they must be in the original package and undamaged. Damaged goods will not be accepted. All returns must be inspected by MFS Supply prior to issuing a refund. Return shipments are paid by the customer. 

(Q) What is your policy with refusing an order?
(A) Occasionally, orders are marked as "refused" when the shipping company cannot locate the address. To avoid that scenario, we'll reach out to you to confirm your refusal of an order. If you didn't refuse the order and it was a shipping issue, we will give you an option to ship to an updated address. If you DID refuse the order, we'll accept it but it will require a 20% restocking fee
