Return Policy

Lock Boxes: The standard return policy applies to all non-custom lock boxes under the following circumstances:

• Request is initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be in original packaging and original condition
• Return shipments are paid by the customer
• 20% restocking fee will be deducted from total of approved refund
• MFS Canada reserves the right to reject any returned product due to damage upon return to our headquarters. Customer will be notified of any rejections

You will receive an email including an Return Authorization Number (RA) attachment. Please print this RA & include this documentation with your package(s) so that we can quickly identify and process your refund. Any returns without proper documentation may result in delayed processing. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be reviewed and processed.
