Important – Forgotten Codes & Reset Service
If a lockbox is functioning properly but the access code has been forgotten, lost, or incorrectly recorded, the lockbox must be returned to us for resetting. The cost of returning the lockbox to us is the customer’s responsibility. The return shipping label included with this service covers the shipment back to our facility.
Please ensure that lockbox codes are recorded and stored securely when the lockboxes are originally programmed. Forgotten or lost codes are considered a customer-related issue and are not a product defect or warranty claim.
Product Defects
Our lockboxes are tested for proper operation at the manufacturing facility before shipment. Manufacturing defects are therefore extremely rare. If your lockbox has a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us before purchasing this service so we can determine the appropriate warranty solution.
This service is intended for working lockboxes requiring a code reset, including situations where the programmed code has been forgotten or lost. It does not cover damage, misuse, modification, or other customer-caused issues.
By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that forgotten or lost codes are the customer’s responsibility and that shipping the lockbox to our facility for resetting is at the customer’s expense.
