  • Please upload a high resolution .AI, .EPS, .SVG, or .PNG of 300 dpi or better to ensure quality printing. If you're unsure about the file type, send us the highest resolution image that you have and our technician will review and contact you for next steps. 
  • We will prepare a mock-up sample and email it back to you for approval.
  • After we have received your approval via email, we will enter your order into our production schedule.

VaultLOCKS® 5500 Lockbox
The large steel door lock box has the same basic design and function as our other Vault Locks door lock boxes, but with a larger body to hold multiple keys and/or key cards. That large steel lock box is a very convenient way to store and lock-up multiple items. As a 4-digit numeric door lock box, it gives you more combination code choices than a 3-digit lock box door model. Black sleeve protects shackle against scratches, and a door guard rubber bumper protects surfaces. Black. 4-digit numeric lockbox has the combination code preset to 0-0-0-0, but you can set your own combination, and change it whenever. 4 digits give you more code options than a 3-digit lockbox. 

How Does the 5500 Compare to Competition?

There are a wide variety of lockboxes targeted to real estate agents out there. Electronic, light-up, tiny, huge - and they each hit a different price point. This makes it difficult to compare apples to apples. Rest assured that our VaultLOCKS® 5500 lockbox was designed (and patented) with real estate in mind. Featuring a larger interior to accommodate a wide variety of keys, a sleek design to blend into the background of the home it's displayed upon, and thick zinc alloy & iron steel construction for security - the 5000 series offers real estate agents a quality lockbox at an affordable price point. The 5500 is among few lockboxes with the double-locking mechanism - but the 5500 is the easiest to use by far. Competition requires a decoder chart to try and map the correct code for the shackle vs the box. With the 5500, you set both combinations the same way and can reset easily and as needed.


Returns Policy on Custom Items
When purchasing a custom-made item, once the order has been placed you may call in and change or cancel the order, provided the change or cancellation occurs before the item is crafted. If the custom item has already been made, then there is no opportunity to change or cancel the order.

Likewise, there will be no returning of the custom-made product unless the product is shown to be defective upon delivery.
